1-The possibility of investment for Iranian and foreign investors in any kind of production activity.

2-To guarantee of capital and legal rights of foreign investors by the government in accordance with the Law on Encouragement and Protection of Foreign Investment.

3-Exemption of capital machineries and equipment imported to the special zone for theconstruction of production units from customs duties and taxes.

4-The possibility of exporting goods made from foreign raw materials and intermediate goods in the region to abroad without the need to comply with the general export-import regulations.

5-To be authorized to send goods produced from thespecial economic zone to the country in the amount of added value % created without the need to register order and open credit.

6-The possibility for using foreign specialized manpower in the region

7-Tax exemptions equivalent to 10 years for all industrial and manufacturing activities in the Special Economic Zone

8-Regulation of employer-worker relations in accordance with the Labor Law of Free and Special Economic Zone

9-The possibility of foreign investment without domestic participation and without any restrictions in accordance with the law on encouraging and supporting foreign investment

10-Freedom to import any kind of goods, except for goods that are contrary to Islamic law and current laws
